Phase I of the project was completed in June, 2025; and the Friends of the Lock is now raising funds for Phase II.

– Waterproofing/leak repairs
– Upgrade electrical and lighting
– Upgrade A/C and related mechanical
– Upgrade plumbing, add ADA restroom, new flooring & other upgrades
– New Visitor Experience
